With this facility we are able to support you, your staff or your organisation with their computer related issues, irrespective of whether they are in the office, at home or on the other side of the world. All you need is a working internet connection and we can do the rest.
We offer a responsive telephone service open during UK office hours Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. During these hours, you will always be greeted by another person and not a recorded message. Our online support is available around the clock.
Once we have your details, an operative will be in touch to establish a plan of action with a view to resolving the problem within an industry leading 48 hours*.
The high standard of engineering demonstrated in our products extends to our support services. We are happy to consult on anti-virus solutions, multiple OS issues and mobile computing devices, e.g tablets and smartphones also. Our engineering capability is also demonstrated in our excellent UK-based Data Storage facility, which offers you reliable, high-performance data archiving and instantaneous backup.
Software services include and are not limited to: Web design (including online forms, opt-in facilities, e-commerce and back-end database support) Windows, Mac OS, Linux and Unix (all versions) fault finding, password recovery, malware removal and cyber security solution implementation.
