GDPR was first rolled out in the UK in 2018. Following Brexit, changes have been underway to establish a specific set of data protection regulations which apply to organisations and individuals which are based, or do business in the UK.
The details around the new regulations are slowly emerging and will be fully legalised in 2022.

Our reasoning for this is as follows:
- All our datacenters are based in the UK;
- We use our own, UK-built hardware and run all our services locally;
- And finally we use our own software or fully compliant software for all cloud activities.

The limitation is imposed by our ability to roll-out these services in a manner we are most comfortable with. D2 package includes the following:

We are the only organisation in the UK which hosts all our data in our own datacenters, all of which are based in the UK. We do not rent or lease services from any third parties and do not make use of any cloud services other than those which we supply and manage within Zanshuri.
The services can be implemented remotely if required and employ fully encrypted data transports to maintain the integrity of your data. We do not use your data or resell it in any way, shape of form. The nature of your data is your responsibility at all times and is held in compliance with UK Data Protection Regulations 2018 and 2022.
